Blessing Force is a collaboration of bands, friends, artists and writers responsible for the building excitement surrounding the music scene in Oxford. It is a community of talent made up of a series of groups and individuals including Trophy Wife, Chad Valley, Solid Gold Dragons, Jonquil, Neon Pulse, Pet Moon and more. Grouping themselves under the one title of Blessing Force has allowed many of these artists to work together on projects and help one another freely with a common cause in mind. A project such as this is refreshing to see; promoting a sense of togetherness which is seldom seen in many music scenes.

It’s clear that there are many exiting artists arising from under the Blessing Force name and these lovely people have kindly unveiled a new compilation exhibiting the range of quality talent on offer from their array of artists. In addition to this release Blessing Force will be taking over the Oxford O2 Academy on the 17th December with a cracking bill of acts in store, with Jonquil headlining, as well as art on show from Tinhead and Amy Honour amongst others.
